Gumble Pinnacles, NSW long champs. Lost five minutes on a couple of controls but was better with my recovery. Sprained my ankle after No. 4, and it's coming up in swelling/bruising tonight. It was lovely seeing everyone again!!

16min parallel error - really frustrating. Found it tricky to pick up any speed along the rocky terrain.

Terrain/technique/strength?? Not sure what category it falls under but: running about 2.2km through thick high grass to various points on the map a couple of times. Physically exhausting but good for upper leg strength. At least, that's what hurt the most at the end. Ended with a very steep uphill finish in the totrrential rain.
