Headed for my usual 6k run around the headlands but the pathways were crammed with Sculptures-by-the-sea-goers so I set off, with a vague mental street map, and ran for 45 minutes.

Australian Relays - ran up and struggled with everything. Also, torrential rain.

Australian Long Distance - needed to increase my urgency/speed (felt a bit meander-y at some points), and improve route choices -> was forced into dark green at some points due to bad planning

Schools Relay - one major mistake at the start because of not checking my compass and mistakes were littered throughout, and felt generally slow at the beginning
