Went along to the act training camp at Belanglo. Although I knew most of the terrain I made one or two stupid errors mostly on the line-o (the others were a contour only course, a compass bearing exercise and a night-o). I /think/ I ran about 10.5k overall but the time is a total guess :)

Did ten hill sets... the hill didn't look so big before I started but my gawwwddd :) Had a bit of a warm up and cool down

Went running along the coast... Really lovely as it was cooling off and the waves were really pretty :)))

Basically an interval session this time round - ten lots of 400m at 100%... although we got in a good 2k warm up and down with some run throughs, I'm pretty sure I blacked out somewhere near the 8th set :)
