Patches of really fast running although there was a lot of climb - also a passing remark made me realise it's only 12 days until nationals *cue screaming*
Warm up of 2k, slow jogging and then 100m drills. Since the evening was dry and cool, the group had tripled in size D: main set today was 9x 400m with a 2min recovery between each and then a 400m recovery jog. Cool down was another slow 2k barefoot.
