My target was a better time than last year, even my training was not that great. Had a good start, but thought it was a little too fast, so I slowed a little bit down and had a little bit of energy left on the last 2 km to push myself a little bit more.

First training at JAKT was a night sprint. The course was the Elite course from bavarian sprint championships, interesting and difficult in the dark, with the rain and the map in the sleeve reflecting the light quite bad so I had many parts where I had to run very slow to read the map. After the competition earlier it was more like a cool down training for me.
