Probably my worst race this year as I ended up with more than 10 minutes of mistakes. The most time I lost to 2nd and 5th control as I was not that concentrated an ended up searching way too early both times, to 2nd I just overran the path without noticing and could't find myself where i was on the map so I just circled around and around. At 8th I lost about 1 min just to find the control while standing net to it without seeing it in the hole. 13th was just stupid, running upwards from 12th and then just started to clime even more after the path without realising that I just climbed up about 30 meters too far. Last mistake was to 16th again way too high, seems like I just wanted to do some extra climbing.

Started on 10th position and already died the way up to the start. My pace was pretty bad as it was too steep for me to run properly, had to take many walking breaks, but still did too many mistakes as the terrain was difficult and I was on the limit physically. Just was a little bit too high to 5th and later to 14th. To 15th I maybe got the wrong route but i saw my only chance to beat Quirin with an other route as I felt slow and thought I would lose against him at a sprint to the finish. Unfortunately I was super bad on the last meters to that control and I lost too much time there also some more little mistakes 17th and 19th brought me in about 90 sec after Quirin so still 10th place in the end.
