The top of my calf (where it joins the knee) pulled up a bit sore on my warm down and on my run pre-gym last night. Quite sharp pain whenever I go down stairs as well so just being cautious with it ahead of the NOL next weekend. Definitely a nice feeling coming off such a good period of training to know that I can afford a few very easy days now to let it recover.

Maybe started a tiny bit too quick so paces dropped off a little but that was also largely to do with me having quite a large/late lunch which I definitely regretted.
