Vic Sprint Champs- Fed Uni SMB Campus
Awesome terrain, mapping and course - definitely lived up to the hype that was built up for this event. Pretty happy to have pulled out a nice clean run in a technical sprint like this too and to finally bring home the cup.

Sprint into Sprint Race 6: Fed Uni-Mt Helen
Pretty good fun, not that many difficult route choices but that didn't stop me from getting one of them wrong (went the wrong way around the circle thing to 11). Maybe could've pushed a little more in the first half of the course but not that far behind Nath so not too bad overall.

Running warm up/down 17:29 [1] 3.24 km (5:24 / km)

Sprint into Spring 7: Ballarat Tech Park
Managed to talk most of the boys into doing this as a chase based on this morning's times but it did mean that we were unofficial, other than a couple of the lads who take sprint into spring too seriously (not naming names but their names rhyme with Bae and Hoe and are Nae and Joe).

Anyway, it turned what could've been just a bit of a cruise around a park into a really fun session. Had Nathan 30s in front and Brodie right on my back 8s down. Nathan was out of sight most of the time but having Brodie there really put the pressure on because I knew even a tiny miss would let him catch up. In the end managed to keep the gap constant the whole time which I'm pretty happy with given some of the forest bits were actually a bit low vis/hard to pick good lines through.

Made the controversial decision to wear tights in late November but had no regrets about it once out there. It's days like this that prove that global warming must be a myth

Legs a bit heavy today and tough going solo on a windy day. Eased off a bit on the second tempo so that I could at least keep the ks consistent.

Picked up some more new shoes (thanks to @newbalance) then ran home. Stunner of an evening, Yarra Bend was absolutely magnificent today.

Nice cruise with Brodie in Yarra Bend. Trying out some new shoes that I managed to talk the bloke at the NB outlet into giving me for $30
