SN trophy at Ash Ranges
Felt a fair bit better than the night before although still a bit flat and never really felt like I was able to push hard. Actually orienteering ok although most of it wasn't particularly challenging as it was pretty open. Been in the uk for a year and still haven't learnt that straight isn't always the best, feel like I did a fair bit of stupidly hacking my way through heather/bracken that was easily avoidable.

Brighton City Race
Great fun format and really good course without much dead running. Started out quite hard although made some poor route choices and then started feeling terrible after the early climbs. Felt like I was pretty much jogging the middle part of the course but near the end realised I was somehow not far off the lead so decided to kick down for the last k or so.
