State Series at Canadian Forest in Ballarat. Was a pretty easy map but probably the best course possible on it. Didn't go at full race pace but it was still good to be out doing orienteering racing again.

Ive had a really busy week so it's been hard to fit in sessions but hopefully I'll be able to have a really good few days of training this weekend. Did 5x5min reps with 1'15'' recoveries and was really happy with how it went. Distances of 1.23, 1.26, 1.23, 1.28 and 1.30ks.
