With Josh who's doing marathon training at the moment so a little quicker than I would normally do for longruns but nothing ridiculous. I don't notice any difference in how I feel when I'm actually running (maybe that's because of the company) but I feel like faster paces for this kind of thing take it out of me more after for little extra benefit. So not going to be a regular thing (happy to stick to 4:42s) but it was nice to give Josh some company for part of his session today.
