After yesterday's tweaks, decided on another rest day. Leg felt ok running about the grass at the Stirling junior parkrun. Great watching Hanna go sub 9mins for the first time, chased by little Hannah who did a massive pb. Took a session at Beecraigs in the afternoon teaching some of Hanna's school friends Orienteering for the schools event, so managed some more running without issues. Enjoyable session, with great help from Ian Hendrie.

Hill House run with Hanna & Tracey from the top of Linlithgow to the track junction at Hill house summit and back. Lovely cool sunny morning for it and Hanna running very well. Over 2minutes faster than last time in March. Leg was totally fine during run. Unfortunately somehow tweaked it going up the stairs later which meant no proper run. Very frustrating!

Ran from the house to Beecraigs via the canal, then up Cockleroi, Guthrie’s and down to the loch car park. Right soleus has been stiff since session last Tuesday, and was noticing it on the run. On way down to loch car park it was getting sore and beginning to nip so decided to stop and walk back. Walked up to restaurant car park and luckily spotted a guy finishing a run so asked him for a lift and luckily he helped out. Felt ok walking on it but will need to do some rolling and maybe rest. Seems to be the downhills which are causing the issues.
