Vic Relay Champs, started with a cool terrain loop with everyone (thanks for the innov Waz) and then the first leg runners went off. Ian had a cracker first leg for us, I just aimed to keep our position, which I kinda did (dropped a spot but only 2 secs behind). Passed QLD (Dane C) but SA (Kez) and VIC 1 (Bruce) got away after a couple of k's. VIC 2 (Blair) caught me near the end after some lost time in the shit controls. Felt constant but a little slow. Prong held our position for 6th. Pretty satisfied.

Completely screwed this one - at least 10 mins of mistakes, and felt like I had no aerobic capacity. Struggled through. Cant believe the course went over the ridge 7 times, felt like it could have been a bit more creative. Cant talk with my bad nav though!

Ran a constant race, didnt put in a massive effort, tried to make sure I didnt go down the results list. About 5 mins of mistakes, not too bothered. Finished a 3 days!
