Orienteering (Glen Artney - Red) 1:50:42 [3] *** 8.74 km (12:40 / km) +387m 10:22 / km

Slightly (very) dying because I was tired from last night (volunteering, then dancing for 4 hours).
I wish I could have stayed at the meet longer, it was so nice to see everyone again!!

gymnastics (Sokol Baltimore) 2:00:00 [3]

My body does not like doing gymnastics. I'm not used to this stuff. I would've much rather some some course review.

short and sweet, back at it again. I'm gonna be on my feet all night so I didn't want to be too exhausted, but I still wanted to run

Note
(rest day)

Yay now that Gatineau Loppet is done with I can fully focus on orienteering training!! No more 10 hour car trips for at least a month, I hope.
1 PM

Biking 1:05:45 [3] 19.17 km (3:26 / km) +183m 3:16 / km
ahr:131 max:162 (rest day)

Wow I actually went biking exactly when I'd usually have weight training

I didn't feel too great. It was a really nice day, but I was just tired I guess. I didn't really feel like pushing it, shocker after this weekend. But I really needed a break from stupid homework.

My knees and elbows hurt a bit when I came home, but I guess that's what I get for doing so much.

Honestly, I just wanna sleep.

Ski Orienteering (Ottawa Ski-O) 59:01 [3] *** 12.7 km (4:39 / km) +61m 4:32 / km
ahr:126 max:183

It was so nice to be able to push myself without worrying about needing to conserve energy. And ofc the orienteering part was awesome!
Here's the map with my route highlighted on it:

I kinda forgot that on ski-o I can cut the trails, so there were a few spots where I skied around more than I needed to (*ahem* number 8 *ahem*)
