Birthday run!
I figured now that I'm 16 I really should get back into training lol. But really, I was taking this week as a break/chill week to ease myself back into semi-normal life of going to school and starting a new semester and stuff... basically I needed to de-stress from all the traveling I've been doing (to Vermont, then Georgia, then Canada...)
Now I'm feeling better and started to actually get motivated again, so that's good. I actually feel mentally prepared to train, and i think I'm in a better mindset than before.

On this run I was running with my dog, so there was constant stopping to put him on the leash, take him off his leash, to clean up after him, etc...
He was really frustrating me because as per usual, he didn't really listen to me much. But we both made it back alive, so that's good I guess.
I admit, that last evil hill on the boundary trail when I was returning killed me, I had to walk up the last ~30 or so meters because I was spent by then. Probably a combo of the squats yesterday and the lack of running.
Surprisingly enough, I felt pretty good on this run. Breathing-wise, that is. The only thing that hurt was my legs, but that was to be expected. I was afraid it would be so much worse, but I was okay and I'm happy for that.

5.10c - completed, 1 rest, I was just a bit scared to do the move because my hands were hurting since it was my third climb in a row and I didn't trust them.

In between normal sets I was doing a bit of other stuff because it was the first day in the gym in this semester, so I was helping someone out by showing them how some of the machines are used. And I kinda didn't know what much to do

So I know I haven't really been logging. I'll add my skiing from the weekend later, but the rest I don't really remember anymore. I kind of lost a ton of motivation to do anything and just mentally it got kind of bad. I was still training, but only running like 3 or 4 times a week, and not very long. I think it's getting a bit better now, or at least I hope. I'm trying to get back to my normal training, it's just hard when I'm so demotivated. I hope it'll work out well. Maybe it was just the end of semester stress, but I'm worried it might not be. Regardless, I'm gonna try my best.
