Note

From yesterday, my left front thigh is extremely sore, and it aches a lot. I'm not sure why just one of my legs hurts like this, but it does. I think it's just somewhat strained from climbing, or maybe running. I don't know, but I hope it gets better soon

Long ish and easy run. I had to slow down a few times because Benny wouldn't listen to me, or he had to go. Also, in the second kilometer, I was kind of running there and back because somebody else's dog was trying to follow us, and I didn't want to lead it far from it's owners, so after about three tries it finally stayed with it's owner.

Rock climbing (Earth Treks Columbia) 20:00 [3] *

My forearms were dying, so I only did 3 climbs.
Lead:
5.9- slightly overhanging, but very nice holds.
5.10c- one rest, because my forearms started cramping. It was slightly more overhanging than the 5.9, but not much more. There were mainly small-ish jugs.
5.10b- one rest, my forearms were dying (again). There were jugs that were medium sized, but most of them were not very deep, and they were round, almost like slopers, but not quite. It started on a flat, vertical wall, and about halfway up it became more overhanging, like the 10c.
