Note

Pins will stay in my elbow until Oct 14 to ensure it heals properly. They stick out the end of the bone and risk being driven deeper if hit hard which will limit my partaking in risky activities such as mountain biking and orienteering will be avoided for next couple of months to avoid a fall on the injured elbow. The broken piece of bone is where the Tricep muscle connects to the forearm which eliminates load baring, eg bike riding, resistance against the muscle, eg swimming, and quick sudden movements and swinging of the arm, eg running, so......
