full two creeks loop.( little diggers track added). some pains in left hamstring. possible soft tissue damage. Will keep a close eye on this. Otherwise i feel like a million bucks. no coffee required.

two creeks. am run. very rare. but its now possible with my new job being only 2min walk up th street. 15min with rob(he turned back) a bit dehydrated.

lizard loop. felt quite good. no pains. not too tight. no coughing. time to begin my detox tomorrow. no caffine, alcohol, for 5 days. will try to avoid meats, gluten, fat, yeast, dairy etc.
