Running race (Sri Chinmoy Ultra leg 1) 2:19:06 [5] 25.92 km (5:22 / km) +799m 4:39 / km

Leg 1 for the Sri Chinmoy Canberra trail ultra.
Steady pace from the start sitting behind the lead group. Dropped back a bit up Melbourne Rd to Redhill but picked up a couple of spots up the climb. Struggled on the downhill to the tunnel. Legs were already shot by here. Ran the climbs passing people but they would just repass me on the downs and flat. Struggled over Taylors but couldn't catch the guys I was Yo-Yoing with and a painful finish down into the carpark to hand over to Lazy Dave. My legs need an Ice bath.

Lazy Dave ran well. Steve was solid. Haven't heard how parto went on the final leg.
