Some how i managed to delete my monnas fartlek of my watch so did 8x500m instead. New shoes felt great to start with but ended up destroying my left little toe. Hopefully the loosen up cause they otherwise feel really good.

A few laps of RP but i was busy so headed up to swains lane to do a few laps.
On the first lap about half way up the steep section I guy was getting out of his SUV which looked like he had rammed the back end of a Barina however on closer inspection there was nobody in the front car, it had jus rolled from the top and luckily for me and the other riders and walker the SUV had caught the Barina, destroying his front end in the process. There was more glass further up the road where it had smashed into the wall...

I decided to do another hill before returning for a few more laps.
