Blue skys when i was getting changed and got 2 min down the road and got smashed in the rain.. proper rain, not the normal drizzle.
Did 3 laps at max to see what I could get my HR up to but after a kebab for lunch it wasnt the best idea.
So great to have a kebab shop around the corner from work but also so bad...
