Ride out to ben's place in teddington via richmond park. Pretty sure i had to stop at every set of lights on the route. Nice and sunny and pretty warm.

Awesome run with ben out along the thames to richmond park, then around the edge to wimbleton common forest then back through the park. Was feeling pretty flat after riding over and started to struggle later on. When I needed some water the bubblers in the park didnt work so was pretty dehydrated by the time I got back.
As you may have seen I failed to finish a post run beer and burger at the pub... :(
Good to get a long run in as its been a while.
