Morning run to mrs macquarie chair with some stretching.
Felt a little under the weather after a few beers with rob and Andy at Mahoney's in the city. Andy wanted to shout me beers knowing that I had work xmas party the following evening so i would need to do an early morning run. He's worried cause im looking good.

The conditions of the challenge are that for strength work I would need to spend a minimum of 1 hr.
Missed going for a morning run and had an evening work training. When i got home it was pissing down so decided some pilates would do. 1 hr of it was far worse than a 1.8km 20min run...
