shoes: Nike Air Pegasus +25

Run with Andy down to Chinamans Beach, Balmoral Beach, then out to Middle Head to check out all the underground forts, round to Chowder Bay, Bradleys Head, Cremorne Point and back over to Mosman.
Pretty slow pace but i wouldnt have been able to de any faster. Dont think you could get a more scenic run in syd. The underground forts are really cool and massive, but the brown shirts (national parks) have closed then due to a type of bat living inside... arn't these man man... so couldnt the bats just piss off back to where they came from.

Mrs Mac Loop but cut out the last 100m or so at the top of the hill as its rocky and very dark. approx. 900m
