Striders 6foot training from stewart ave along a fire trail to quarry rd.
2 laps. The run passes through the gorge so good training for 6foot doing for climbs. The down hill were harsh on the knees and ended up pretty sore.

intervals with rose bay group. Out to bradleys head, around to taronga pier, back around fort Denison and home. Felt pretty good today and the water was like glass

Lost some time running the wrong way around a loop from a common control. The old compartment problems came back to the left leg.
