Stopped for a ride around Ourimbah State forest on the way back to newcastle. Got half way around the lap and got a bit wide on a left bend, came off. Bike was ok! Had a few small spots of bark off on the knees and elbow but i had bend my wrist over which i initially thought may not be good. But i got back on the bike and it was ok to ride with, just a bit uncomfortable. I felt good when i got back to the car so did another lap. When i was driving home i notice my hand was looking pretty deformed so i got to spend 2hrs on christrmas eve sitting in the medical centre at toronto waiting for an xray. No fracture seen but i had to cancel xmas ride with steve around glenrock! Should be ok in a couple of day.

A few long reps and then we headed back across the harbour trying to get on the wash of the manly ferry. 2 guys tripped in due to the turbulence spilling out the back if the boat.. Nice morning

Run to pick up my car from Drummoyne sailing club which has been there since thursday..
Pushed a bit through the city and across anzac bridge but legs felt like shit when i got to the other side..
