One lap of the dam with Andy. Not pushing too hard just trying to learn the track. Forgotten how fun MTB is. Tricky in section where you need to learn the line to take.

Running (Manly Dam) 56:10 [3] 8.78 km (6:24 / km) +215m 5:42 / km
shoes: Brook Trance 7

Run around the dam in the opposite direction, but only a small section was on the same track. Nice run. Might make it a regular.

Woke up early but it was raining so decided double pillow top bed was a better option.
(time include traffic lights)
Left at about 10 when it looked to be clearing and decided to ride up to Berowra Waters. It was pretty hectic up the pacific Hwy. I cruised through bobbin head and down to the Ferry and Berowra Waters, then through Galston and back through Bobbin and home along the pacific hwy again where i got smashed by some fat rain.
Id never done the Berowra waters loop and it was good.
I was feeling pretty good up most of the climbs and didnt die this time coming back through the city but i had stopped a couple of times to get some food which helped.

Wasnt feeling too great but i was pushed along the back straight by a strong head wind. Times a good 10 secs quicker than normal. Finished off the last with a bit of dry heaving..

Paddle from rosebay, around to watsons bay, then to the heads, then across to middle head and around into Hunters bay. Back around middle head to Taylors bay reserve and cutting across pass shark island back to the shed.
Good paddle, fell in twice. first one i looking up at some people watching from ontop of middle head and wasnt paying attention and was hit by a wave. Second was about 5 mins after catching a little wave. Water was nice.
