Pretty shitty day for training, but was feeling inspired by yesterdays run to find some new areas, plus wanted to finish off a good wk of training. Best in years!
So i headed out past white city, trumper park, then up to centennial park, looping anticlockwise, then through queens park and down into Bronte. Along to Bondi, with the strong southerly i did this in about 4 steps, just glided. Then up to Bellevue Hill, through another cool little bit of bush called cooper park, then back up and over to Trumper park and home. Great run.

Run with seb from home, past white city, and up Trupper Park, along queens st, to the park, did a lap clockwise, and pack through paddington via the 5ways.

Ride from kings cross, over the bridge, through to mosman, the spit, manly, then up to mona vale, through to akuna bay and back via the pacific hwy.
Great ride but hot and windy. Some through something out of a truck and it hit me in the helmet. Absolutely dead when i got back to the city, and was holding back being sick. Got home and was pale, and forced myself to stay awake and eat.

Harbour Life music festival must be on this wkend some my usual loop was blocked off.
So did Mounty's Henry Lawson Intervals which go from the statue, along the grass down to the loop road at the end of the point. Good intervals.
Did 2 sets down and up.

3'10 massive stomach cramp... damn thick shake!
