A pretty easy paddle but in super windy conditions! Everytime i was to do some paddling it is blowing a gail! Was planning on heading over to the lakes entrance to practice in the current, but instead just paddled around to marmong pt. Kept being circled by power boats!

Heaton Lookout timetrial. Haven't done this TT for about 5 years but thought id give it a go. Dont know what i was thinking trying to do a TT after being sick for 3 wks. Didnt even make it to the gap before turning back... next time

Indoor climbing with Ezy. Arms got tired pretty quickly, just climbing using my legs.

Felt i needed an easy run... but the stomach turned again and within about 5 min i needed a toilet. Tried the public toilet but with no lights and in a public park in the middle of the city, i thought id rather not... managed to make it home
