shoes: XLR8 Odyssey

paddle from rosebay.
Turned up to the shed and another guy Mal that i had met on the morning paddles was heading out so we paddled around the bays toward garden island and then back. Did a few surges and on the way back fell in in a bit of wash... refreshing! good paddle

The f-ing pope had blocked off one of our stairs so had to cut one in half. So did 4 reps of all the hills

Cycling (centenial park) 1:30:00 [4] 35.0 km (2:34 / km)
shoes: Scott S10

4 laps around the park, doing a firgure 8 so that i get a hill in the reps.
The park has a speed camera with a display of what speed you are travelling, used to slow cars and cyclist... i only encourages an increase of speed.
