paddle with mounty, damon and ben.
Bloody cold, <3degees. Had no gloves and didnt take my booties! bad mistake, was numb from the knees down when we got out.
Back was very tight

Run after the paddle.
Took 30mins before i could feel my feet. Felt like an amputee...
Back really tight, tried to loosen it up a few time but didnt do anything. Will have to get in the stretching when i get home.

Pretty fun! enjoyed my first night orienteering for a long time. Still good to see that our trainings involve us running like idiots, than well thought out route choice and intelligent orienteering! thats the way i like it!

Really tough and struggled today.
