Orienteering race 1:31:05 [4] 15.0 km (6:04 / km)

Just ran a steady race, didnt really push myself, just felt comfortable. Left compartment syndrome was annoying but eased up about half way round. Made a stupid mistake 14, tuned out and hit the rocks and wasnt sure where i was.
Finished alright.

Really hungova.. Lost time when i couldnt see a termite mound (control 6), think it was too far left??

O Courses at night on West Chatswood (20.00, 16.21, 19.41. Wasn't feeling as good as monday. Landed flat footed near the end of the last one and got a massive shock up through my spine. Glad i didnt do any damage.

Short O courses (20.26, 17.58, 26.29 (Quote Andy's Watch)) on Clifton Gardens at night w/ Robbie, Prong, Ben and Glenn. Courses were a mix of park, trails, streets and bush. Was felling really really good! Felt compartment sydrome slightly in the first but then didnt bother me:) Views of the harbour were awesome!
