After 4 days of no exercise and eating a shite load of French duck I for some reason tried to do a 5 k TT. It had rained pretty hard to day so the outer dirt path was muddy so I sticked to the road. I suck at running on roads!

Note

Spent the day at Roland Garros watching the tennis. We got to see Federer and also Venus Williams play which were pretty boring straight set wins. The highlight was thousands of people trying the get a view of Nadal practicing. There was even a game between two nobodies that had about 20 people watching them but about 300 people standing on the back few rows of seats looking over the back to watch Nadal.
