Sprint around Cumberland Hospital in Parramatta. Really hot 38 degrees. Not a clean run loosing small amounts of time not reading the buildings. Was 15 sec up on Andy but a stupid route choice and a slow finish left me being beaten by 1 sec.

Sydney Park Sprint
Started with Andy to see if we could use each other to beat Ezy. I led from the start and made a little mistake at 5, still leading until a mistake at 11 where andy passed. He missed 12 and i got the lead again but tired over the last part with Andy taking the lead to the finish. It didnt work with Ezy still taking 1.30 on me... good fun though

Pretty enjoyable course around Macquarie uni. Didn't make any mistakes but not running very quick and tired on the last part.

Home trying to follow the bike route to nth Sydney. For some reason it takes you down through Cammeray and then there is a right turn sign missing so headed too far down to Middle Harbour. I was massively confused, next time will just stick to the Pac hwy.

Bloody hot and humid ride. Rode bobbin head, berowra waters, and over to Galston gorge but it was shut for tree lopping! So had to head back to Berowra waters to get home. I struggled up to Berowra so jumped on a train home... passed out on the train until getting to chatswood.

I met Andy, mounty and keith at Harry's in wooloomooloo where they smashed a pie. They had only run a fraction of the planned route and were already looking pretty smashed by the heat and 1000% humidity. We all then ran around Mrs Macquarie's Chair, Opera House and across Harbour Bridge where Keith left us. From there Cremorne Point, around Bradleys Head, Chowder Bay and Balmoral Beach for an Icey Pole and a drink. We were all really tiring now from the heat and stopped for another Icey Pole at Clontarf Beach before struggling home to Manly Wharf. Starting an hour and a bit after them i was feeling pretty good at the time they were buggered but it was like looking into the future at how i was soon to be feeling.
At manly i smashed 2 powerades and jumped on the next ferry feeling terrible.
