Still have alot of blood clots coming out of my nose.

Run with andy along the harbour (as much of it that you canrun along) mostly through streets, and through hermitage reserve to Parsley bay bridge. Hard run due to being mainly on footpaths. Knees are sore... but good to finally do a long run... it only been about 8 months.

Felt really good. Its amazing how good you can feel running when you only run 3 times a week!
