Phillip pool was officially shut but the they let me in to swim a few laps, as long as I didn't drown. Let her know that i haven't drowned before.
Did a K but it got dark and there were no pool lights on..
400 warm up
200 with paddles
200 with pill buoy
200 with paddles and buoy
paddles.

Pretty tough with the paddles. Buoy kept slipping. need some practice. I think these laps were slower than when I just swim
