Left butt was still no good so went to the physic today. Really painful while walking. Need to stretch out my hammy and work on my glutes.

Run around Cambridge again. Went via where I thought there was orienteering but nothing was happening..
Left knee was sore from the start and then after about an hour my left arse broke... very sore now... feel free to leave a comment

Found an oval not far from the hospital in Cambridge where we are living at present.
The fields were pretty wet and I still only have a pair of slick racing shoes. Did 6x3min reps.

A few sore spots on both knees, but only uncomfortable when running slowly.

Run up along the road out of town until I found Wandlebury County Park. A cool little piece of forest surrounding an old village.
I did 4 laps of the park ~1km. first and last lap I stopped half way.
3'49 for the 2 complete laps.
