was running much better than i expected... time to get back in shape.. but am the lightest ive been in years... prob due to being sick for so long

ride from petersham down to cooks river, then all the way along the cycle path to homebush, then some of the way to parra, back via lions rd to drummyone.
The cycle path was wicked!

drove back to parents place at lake macquarie. mtb ride from wakefield up onto the range, along and back... rode ok up the hill but felt like shit when i turned around... no lunch might have been a reason.
