To Clontarf carrying shoes and a lock to make it look like my boat is unstealable. Nice calm morning, but still some chop around middle head

Met Andy, Glenn, and Boris at Clontarf. Run to manly, absolute awesome. Stopped for a swim in manly and a slurpy.

Was running quite well at the beginning, but then decided to take it easy for a few and eventually called it quits about halfway around.. Still a fun day

Got there late so had to start with no warm up.. finished and the others were waiting so no cool down.
Fun area around watsons bay, needs better mapping however.
Was put off at the start with the the colour of the map not printing correctly and giving out of bound (aka houses) as bright yellow...

Ran "the horse" with andy, Shep, Boris from greys point in the shire through Royal NP to Karloo Pools, Uloola Falls and Audley.
Felt pretty average for most of the way. but good run and a nice swim half way.

Pretty terrible orienteering by myself. Course was set well and the map was full of large uncross able walls. I got stuck a few time running one way but not being able to get through.
Left legs tib ant was really sore again.
