Run from Carlton, up Carlton Bank on road (too busy on bank holiday to park at the top!), glider station, Cock Howe (towards Bilsdale Mast), Chopgate, Cold Moor, Cringle Moor. Hard work on the hills, but otherwise a nice day out.
