In Frankfurt for a work team building weekend, but nothing to do on Sunday morning, so hired a city rental bike and went down the river and back through the woods. Very pleasant.

Long run down Green Lanes to Alexandra Palace then back via parks and Oakwood. Got a bit lost at one point, thinking I'd crossed back over the North Circular, when it was only Bounds Green Road. Legs, hamstrings in particularly, feeling tight from yesterday.

8 * ~1mile reps, with 1min recovery. Down in Enfield, running one rep along and one rep back along a side road. Paces not great, and getting worse, but running in London is busy, so many cars, kerbs, people, street furniture, potholes, etc. to dodge. Aerobically feeling ok, but lots of niggling aches.
