Run round Sherburn loop, with a couple of brisker sections. Felt like hard work, not run hard for well over a month now, and legs also feeling tired from biking yesterday. Ankle ok whilst running, although ached a bit the rest of the day.

Long ride in the Cheviot foothills. Good first third, then there was quite a bit of slushy snow around so unpleasant in the middle, and then nice last third.

8 reps on Moorsley Bank hill. Been grim weather this week, cold, sleety, but sun was out at lunchtime so decided to bike instead of swim. But then it turned sour and hailed coming off the 6th hill, and up the 7th, the stuff that stings your face when you cycle into it. Then sun again by the time I got home!
