Walked while everyone else went for a lovely sunny run. Did something to my back at the hodgsons last week and not been running properly since, hurts a lot more after running so I've stopped until it feels better. Starting more core to help strengthen it. Was absolutely killing this morning

Parked in woodland and did a nice loop around beacon tarn with katie. Pretty slow cause she's ill and I'm knackered from yesterday, was going to run home and do about 10miles but I felt awful so gave it a miss
