Worked out with Lupe at the Y this morning. There were a lot more people than usual because of New Years resolutions and all but we managed to secure some space.

A. Lift
Bench Press, 5x2, Increase to a heavy 2 reps (140# for me)
Strict Press, 5x2, Incr to a heavy 2 reps (95#)

B. METCON:
10-9-8-...-2-1 of
Push Press (65#)
Kettlebell Swings (45#)
Time: 7:45ish

C. Finish with 10 minutes of core hell

Then increase to a heavy single. Increased to 245#. Which is actually a new PR. After not training deadlift for months.
