8 x 400. First 4 aimed for 85 each, Coach told me to go for 80 the last 4. Went ok until the 7th repeat, when the heat finally got to me and I felt like I had to puke.

Dang a new PR. Very unexpected, but actually had energy and decided to go for it the whole way. Again, I could have pressed a little harder, which is nice to know.

Note

Didn't use watch in either of these races, focused more on feel than staying glued to a time. It's working.
