Memorial Day Murph. Took a lot longer than it could have, got really nauseous about halfway through and had to take a lot of breaks after that.

100 pullups (split into 5-10-15 pull/push/squat)
200 pushups
300 air squats
1 mile run (9:00, stomach was very angry at me)
