1. Bench Press, build to heavy single, 2-3 min rest. Built to 160#, finally
2a. Leg Press, 5x5-8, minimal rest 160#
2b. Weighted Pullups, 5x5, minimal rest, 25# plus chain
3a. Weighted incline situps, 4x15, minimal rest, 35# plate
3b. Leg Raises, 4x15, minimal rest
Rest 10 min, then METCON:
