Plus 3x (40 sec handstand, 10 single arm KB swing, 10 pull up bar swings)

A. 5 x 7 Strict Pull-ups
4 x 8 Single DB Bentover Rows (ea.side)
** heaviest possible. Ish. 45 lbs.

B. 15 min AMRAP of:
10 x Pull-ups
20cal Airdyne Bike
50m KB Farmers Walks (32/24kg ea.)
