Actually 400m this week, although entirely on grass rather than hard packed dirt. Feeling much better physically, but going a tad slower somehow? Maybe the grass, maybe the jog recovery rather than walk, maybe just tired.
Got out and did something which is the main thing. Between 1'13 - 1'16 for all the reps.
