Easy along the canal to the aqueduct, down the steps, up the hill to Napier and back to the flat. Feeling pretty reasonable which was nice.

6x400m, jog recovery back across the hypotenuse
Did not live up to the kudos of Colm for this one, but he was certainly being overly generous last time anyway. Much appreciated though xx
Actually 400m this week, although entirely on grass rather than hard packed dirt. Feeling much better physically, but going a tad slower somehow? Maybe the grass, maybe the jog recovery rather than walk, maybe just tired.
Got out and did something which is the main thing. Between 1'13 - 1'16 for all the reps.
Did not live up to the kudos of Colm for this one, but he was certainly being overly generous last time anyway. Much appreciated though xx
