Braids XC

Making my annual cross country outing, couldn't miss it.
Wasn't feeling that warmed up, but shifted okay up the hill. Still got held up by feartys on the descent, but it's hard to avoid. Desperately tried to recover for the rest of the lap, then did it all again.
Suffering quite a bit at the end, but managed to out sprint someone to the line. Quite annoyed to then be told he was ahead, but never mind.

Almost the exact same time as 2017 and 2018, so nice to see I've not progressed anywhere since. Not fallen off a very low cliff yet either though

Bit of a waddle back, thought I was gonna cack my pants. Saw at least 5 rodents in the newly christened Rat Alley

Boggy af, but going okay. In a little pack with Stanwix and Tom and moving slightly quicker than when I did the 6 minute reps a month ago

Followed up by a 5 minute core set I found on Google. Maybe wasn't the greatest, but the abs will let me know tomorrow I imagine

Bit of weird one really, but other than that it was chill.
